RENTERS INSURANCE

Renters Insurance provides personal property and personal liability coverage to the resident of a dwelling or an apartment. Residents are protected against perils such as theft, fire, smoke, explosion, vandalism, burglary, hurricanes, and lightning, and they are covered in the event of an occurrence resulting in injury to others.

In addition we provide optional endorsements such as Replacement Cost Coverage, which replaces a damaged or lost item with a brand new one, regardless of depreciation. We also offer Involuntary Unemployment Insurance (IUI), a benefit only offered by Assurant. Should a resident become unemployed, IUI will pay the property manager up to $1,000 a month, for six months, to compensate for lost rent premium.
