Residents

SureDeposit is based on a simple concept: Instead of paying a large security deposit, you have the option of paying a low, one-time non-refundable payment.

Have MORE MONEY for Yourself

SureDeposit gives you the freedom and flexibility to move into your apartment with less cash than a traditional security deposit. The cost for this benefit is a one-time, non-refundable payment to enroll in SureDeposit.

With a traditional security deposit, your hard-earned dollars sit with your landlord for the duration of your residency. Now you can use your money to pay down your credit card debt (reducing your interest expense), or pay off a loan (improving your credit). You can even use that money to make an investment that can provide you with a return. Keep your money where it belongs — in your pocket.

One SureDeposit Payment Can Cover a LIFETIME

With SureDeposit, you only pay once for the life of your residency in the current rental place. What happens if you move to another Apartment in this Apartment Community? Your SureDeposit participation can move with you to a similar new unit in the same community or to any other community that your landlord utilizes the SureDeposit program, provided both you and the landlord agree to do so, as long as you have not caused a claim. If you move to a unit that requires a higher security deposit, please see your landlord for the option to purchase an additional limit for your bond.

No Anxiety Over the REFUND

After you pay your last month’s rent and honor the other conditions of your lease, you simply move out without any further obligation. If you have not fulfilled your commitments under the lease, you will be required to reimburse the surety company for damages, loss of rent and related expenses.
