Our Knowledge Development Center (KDC) provides associates with a variety of self-study and instructor-led technical and behavioral-based courses to help them develop the skills needed to perform their jobs more effectively. The KDC's training curriculum, The Success Series, was designed with Assurant Specialty Property's four core values in mind:

In addition, the KDC coordinates a variety of insurance self-study courses offered through different insurance institutes and associations.

The company also helps associates pay for tuition costs related to their participation in approved undergraduate and graduate level degree programs.
