Perfection

Title Perfection ensures our clients’ interests have been perfected properly on the title (lease and retail). We match information found on each title with our client’s account data, take measures to correct discrepancies in titles and pursue delinquent titles.

Imaging

Title Imaging scans each incoming title and makes the image available online. Titles are scanned to create an image, and are then transmitted either through integrated software with our clients, or via electronic file transmission. Our clients can then print or store the documents directly from their workstation.

Storage

Our client’s titles are maintained in secure, fireproof and electronically operated storage unit, ensuring their safety in the event of the unexpected. In addition, we adhere to each client’s privacy policy with respect to the document storage.

Release

This service offers access to title documents, proving release of the lien, within one business day, according to lender and state guidelines. We retrieve the title, prepare any necessary document, that may accompany the title on a paid-out account. We then mail the title on behalf of the lender to customers and third parties.
